    Oh my word i think you need to add psychic to your list of skills. I was just about to read some past blog posts tonget some ideas to help ease the itch. I have had a flare up of eczema on my legs the nurse did give it a name but i carnt remember. I have been considering trying yoga as a way to de stress, my responsibility at work has increased. My issue is that i dont get a stressed feeling but after a nightmare week at work i usually end up feeling tied maybe alittle snuffly and my close friend eczema usually rears its ugly head come monday morning. Can i ask as well as your metal well being have you noticed a difference with your skin. I am struggling to change my situation as i dont feel stressed but my skin tells a different story.

      Like you my skin is the teller that I need to slow down and think about my stress levels!! I have always been bad at being aware of stress or thinking I am stressed so eczema definitely gets me listening when it rears its head! Your body is a powerful tool you have and I’ve learnt that listening to it helps us to improve. It sounds like you’re beginning to notice what stress is to you so it doesn’t have to be yoga, but just think about small steps that would support you in de stressing. Make some time for you and it’s amazing how good you feel! Stress definitely links to skin for me as well and I try to ignore it but I think intuitively you know that it’s your body’s way of saying okay this is too much.
